We had JLS Building and Property Development Ltd build a single-storey rear extension on our house in Biggleswade, including a new kitchen and downstairs toilet. From the first meeting, they were straightforward about timelines and costs, and there were no nasty surprises along the way. The build quality is excellent, the finish on the kitchen and the new plumbing work is spot on. They kept the site tidy throughout and were always happy to answer questions. We now have a fantastic new kitchen and extra space that's completely transformed how we use downstairs. Would highly recommend to anyone considering an extension.

I can't recommend them highly enough. They did a kitchen and utility room renovation for me and did a fantastic job. They were really helpful, accommodating of my needs and requirements, kept me updated at all times and regularly checked to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. Lovely service. Jake is a lovely friendly chap who was efficient and easy to communicate with. We had initial concerns regarding mess made with the job in hand, but that was cleared by the end of the job. Doors and frames look lovely and fit perfectly. Overall very satisfied and excellent value for money.
